13 April 2011 - New appointment to board at growing Harper Chalice Group
13/04/2011
With its business continuing to expand rapidly Harper Chalice Group has confirmed the appointment of Chris Hackett ACMA to the post of Group Finance & Operations Director.
Sales of the company’s advanced perimeter systems, PulseSecure™ and FenceSecure™, have been growing significantly in recent months following the news that its PulseSecure PROTECTOR power fencing technology had out-performed all competitors in rough weather testing by independent Government assessors.
“Having the best people in place is as important as having the best technology,” said MD Graham Harper. “Chris Hackett joined Harper Chalice as an office junior and over the years he has gained significant knowledge of our company and its mission to provide the best systems, technology and support, at every stage, to our customers, dealers, specifiers, and all stake holders.”
“In recent years Chris has played a significant role in helping us to grow and develop our business. His appointment to the board is in recognition of Chris's hard work, dedication and commitment by achieving his ACMA qualifications during his own time whilst fulfilling a significant management role at Harper Chalice Group,” Graham Harper added.
He confirmed that Harper Chalice expected to make several more key appointments during the year and that its turnover for the first quarter of 2011 alone had already exceeded the growth of 112% which it achieved during 2010.
