Harper Chalice Group Limited collects information from its customers when registering through this website.

What personally identifiable information do we collect?
We collect information from the user on the registration form. The customer must provide contact information (name, email, telephone number. This enables us to contact you should the need arise.

Should you wish to contact us you do not need to complete a form and we do not require personally identifiable data.

What personally identifiable information do third parties collect through the website?

We do not engage in third party advertising, we do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information with any third parties.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. We use session ID cookies to hold the contents of the shopping cart. This consists of product identifiers and quantities of products. Once users close the browser, the cookie will stay for 7 days and then simply terminates, after which no information is held on the user's computer relating to the order.

Additionally a Logon cookie is created as a session cookie, this purely contains a code and no personal information. Once the session is closed the cookie simply terminates.

Log File
Like most standard website servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. All customer’s information is restricted in our offices, only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.

If a customer's personally identifiable information changes (such as telephone number or email or postal address), we provide a way to correct, update or delete customers' personally identifiable information. This can be done by logging onto your account or contacting us directly.
